In stock and ship within 2–3 business days. -
Giclée Fine Art Prints / Patent Prints:
Made-to-order (“Print-to-Order”) items, produced individually and shipped within 3–5 business days. -
Framed Orders:
Custom frames are handcrafted and typically ship within 9–15 business days.
Occasionally, delays from our framing vendor may occur — if so, we’ll contact you directly with an updated timeframe.

All orders ship from our facility in Galway, New York within the processing time listed above.

For larger formats (over 11" × 14") or framed pieces, items are gently rolled and shipped in heavy-duty tubes or custom boxes designed to ensure safe transit.
All materials used are new, professional-grade, and acid-free to maintain the archival integrity of your print.
🔒 Insurance, Tracking, and Delivery

All packages include tracking; you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Insurance covers any loss or damage sustained during transit.

Adirondack Retro is not responsible for carrier delays once an item is in transit.

If an insured parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim on your behalf.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.
