Return Policy...

Your experience at Adirondack Retro is our #1 priority. In the event that your item(s) arrived damaged or if we made an error, you many return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the original price you paid for the product, minus original shipping charges. See below to determine how to proceed based on your reason for return.

My order was damaged during delivery...

If your order should arrive damaged, simply take a digital photo of the item, the box, tube or mailer and any packaging materials, such as extra cardboard or bubblewrap and attach them to an email and send to kevin@groskybrands.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. 

*Please note that you must keep all damaged boxes and packaging for the carrier to inspect or a refund can not be granted.

I changed my mind or have buyers remorse...

If a product is perfect, but you changed your mind, you may return it for a Product Refund (Minus a 30% Processing & Restocking Fee) or Store Credit (Minus a 30% Processing & Restocking Fee). (Original shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund or store credit amount). Any item that was originally shipped for free is subject to a $7.95 coverage charge. Product refunds or store credits will be issued within 72 hours of us receiving the returned package.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a traceable method to: Adirondack Retro 294 Southline Rd, Galway, NY 12074. Please note that no refunds or store credits will be given if an item arrives damaged due to insufficient re-packing of the product.

*No refunds will be given on digital download or custom orders.
