John Livzey Ridgway / John L. Ridgway / J.L. Ridgway (1859-1947), was an American Scientific Illustrator who is well know for his chromolithographic plates of birds and eggs within The Fish and Game of the State of New York: Forest, Fish and Game Commission works between 1896 and 1909. His plates are highly regarded, very detailed and highly collectible.
