Return Policy

At Adirondack Retro, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is prepared and shipped with the utmost care; however, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund of the original product price (minus the original shipping charges).

Please review the sections below to determine how to proceed based on your situation.


My Order Was Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps so we can resolve the issue quickly:

  1. Take digital photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, tube, or mailer, and all internal packaging materials (such as cardboard inserts or bubble wrap).
  2. Email the photos to kevin@adirondackretro.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Your request will be reviewed and processed within 72 hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your replacement enters production or your refund has been approved.

Important: Please retain all original packaging materials (including damaged boxes) until your claim is resolved. Carrier inspection may be required before a refund can be issued.


I Changed My Mind or Have Buyer’s Remorse

If your item arrives in perfect condition but you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return it for either a Product Refund or Store Credit, subject to the following terms:

  • A 30% processing and restocking fee applies to all returns of non-damaged items.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  • Items that originally shipped for free are subject to a $7.95 coverage charge.
  • Refunds or credits will be issued within 72 hours of the returned item being received and inspected by Adirondack Retro.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged in the original mailing tube or box to prevent damage in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

All custom frame orders and digital downloads are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
